Frequently Asked Questions I have a website already. Can you just use that? Unfortunately, no. I do not know who developed your website, or the quality of their work. Taking over a website will take longer to develop and change, trying to dig through fixes and bugs. Do you charge extra for maintenance or support? Absolutely not! This is built into your contract, we provide 4 hours per month of support time for any content updates and support. Will I own the website? At the end of your 12 month contract, you have the option to renew for another 12 month, or transfer the website to another company or host of your choice. Do you provide logo design with my plan? Yes. We also provide logo files in multiple formats. Do I get a discount if I do not need all of the included features? All of the included features I offer to all clients at no additional charge, therefore a discount is not available. Do you provide hosting, or can I host the website myself? For security and back-up reasons, I only host websites on my secure server. This is just an additional step of security I take to keep all my clients safe. Do you provide a domain name? Yes! If you do not already have a domain name, for as long as you are in a contract, we provide and pay the cost of ONE AVAILABLE domain name. Can I pay by cash or check? We do not accept cash or check payments. All of our plans are set up on monthly auto pay from a valid debit or credit card.
